Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of phage display campaigns for binder discovery, including library design, binder screening, and characterization

  • Contribute to antibody engineering, including affinity maturation/dematuration efforts to support advancement toward target product profiles
  • Use protein engineering techniques, structural biology and bioinformatics tools to assist in optimizing candidate molecules for therapeutic function and removing sequence liabilities
  • Contribute to the design, screening, and optimization of fully human Fab and VH-Select libraries
  • Utilize molecular biology techniques to assist in library construction and expression system optimization
  • Characterize binders and engineered molecules using ELISA, BLI, cell binding, DSF, and related methods

  • Knowledge of protein biophysics and design, including practical experience with ELISA, BLI, DSF, or comparable methods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and scientific rigor with a drive for innovation
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing tasks across multiple projects and timelines
  • Proven ability to contribute constructively in a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and proactive; thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and commitment to high scientific standards
