Job Summary
The position of Scheduling Expeditor is open within our Internal Operations Division located in Charlotte, NC.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, positive-thinking and motivated individual with high quality standards and an appropriate skill set. This role reports directly to the Scheduling Manager and will be responsible for providing support to the department, ordering materials and handling necessary documentation. This role includes assisting in daily office needs and the management of general administrative activities to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the department. This position is expected to work shifts from Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekend work required based upon business levels.
This is a salaried-exempt position with compensation commensurate with experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Responding to internal and external customer requests, ensuring superior customer satisfaction
- Ordering materials for jobs per the requirements specified on work orders
- Handling documentation for permitting requirements
- Data entry and site tracking
- Reviewing, categorizing and logging emails
- Updating weekly and monthly reports as needed
- Managing the Lawn Maintenance schedule
- Creation of Lawn Maintenance work orders
- Managing the Lawn Maintenance Pricing Guide
- Assisting with inventory management/counts
- Other Internal Operations departmental tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Education/Experience/Skills
- A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or customer service role
- Business administration or similar experience within the construction, landscaping or commercial home builder industry preferred
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high demand environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior computer skills including Microsoft Office (required)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Utilize key equipment found in a typical office environment (computer, copier, filing systems, etc.)
- Subject to repetitive motions/ergonomics
- Must be flexible in work assignments
- Strong organizational skills
