Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for various projects and assignments.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze data and prepare accurate reports as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security clearance protocols.
- Support remote team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- 1-4 years of experience in an assistant or administrative role.
- Proficiency in customer service and support.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary clearance.
