Position Summary
ScaleWRX is seeking a skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to oversee the procurement, supply chain, and inventory functions within our production facility in Reno, NV. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong experience in ERP/MRP systems, specifically MRPeasy, to ensure efficient sourcing, ordering, and inventory management. This position is on-site (not a remote position), with potential relocation options for the right candidate. This position will initially report to the Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Communication & Relationship Management
- Liaise with vendors to maintain updated lead times on essential raw materials.
- Actively engage in pricing analysis to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities for new and ongoing procurement projects.
- Use MRPeasy to place and track purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of production requirements.
- Follow up with vendors regarding any discrepancies in order quantities, quality issues, or missing items.
- Establish inbound materials handling processes and procedures.
- Oversee the receipt and initial handling of inbound materials, cross-referencing shipments with open POs.
- Verify material quality and completeness upon delivery, logging all received materials into the MRPeasy system.
- Managing the RMA process with vendors for damaged or incomplete shipments.
- Use MRPeasy to manage inventory levels for new and existing parts, ensuring optimal stock for production needs.
- Manage and optimize barcoding system for end-user ease of use and efficient material tracking / management within the warehouse.
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasts leveraging MRPeasy and other tools (Excel / PowerBI / etc...).
- Communicate potential stock issues to the team and create action plans to address them with vendors as needed.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or inventory control.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, specifically in procurement and inventory management—experience with MRPeasy is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for inventory forecasting and analysis.
- Must be based in Reno, NV, or open to relocation.
