- Flexible Schedule – Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with some flexibility for individual needs.

- Team Support – Receive training and ongoing guidance within a collaborative, supportive team.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on orders and address service requests.
- Assist internal teams in organizing workflows and coordinating logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate client records, documenting communications and transactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email and online communication platforms.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service and order fulfillment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or logistics support is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong written communication and digital literacy skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable using spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic online tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
