Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the plumbing sector
• Target and build relationships with property managers, city inspectors, commercial, and industrial clients
• Present, promote, and educate prospects on Bayshore Plumbers' full range of services
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and revenue targets
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal plumbing teams
• Provide follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to support company growth objectives
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B or service industry sales experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Knowledge of or experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute within the service region
