SALES PLANNER

Join a global sportswear leader and play a key role in shaping the future of wholesale planning. We are seeking a Sales Planner to analyze performance, forecast results, and partner with adidas and account teams to drive growth and profitability. This role is about turning insights into action, building strong partnerships, and ensuring adidas continues to deliver excellence in the marketplace.

PURPOSE

Analyze merchandise performance and forecast future results to support sales and margin growth. Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale partners to align financial plans and deliver actionable insights that elevate business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support go-to-market milestones and planning initiatives with sales and account teams
  • Build financial plans across categories that align account KPIs with adidas shipment targets
  • Analyze in-season performance and provide recommendations to improve results
  • Prepare reports that provide clear insights into account performance for sales, finance, and marketing
  • Manage franchise, key item, and replenishment forecasts to optimize inventory and sell through

  • Advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels

Requisite Education And Experience Minimum Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
  • Industry experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills required

For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
