Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a drive for success? DoubleTree Deerfield Beach is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to bring fresh energy and strategic vision to our team!

Located in the heart of South Florida, our hotel features 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including the stunning Grand Ballroom that hosts up to 500 guests—perfect for weddings, conferences, and high-profile events.

As Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, responsible for:

  • Driving revenue and smashing sales targets
  • Building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, travel planners, and key partners
  • Positioning our hotel as the go-to destination for meetings, events, and group business

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential business partners
  • Cold call and prospect potential clients to generate new business
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Organize and conduct site visits for potential clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Participate in hotel and industry trade shows and events
  • Utilize sales tracking systems and tools to track sales activities and analyze results


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
