WorkWave is looking for an Account Executive Sales Manager passionate about driving results and leading sales teams selling best-in-breed software solutions. Directly supporting two teams of Account Executives who are successful, driven, and hungry to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Oversee revenue goals for new logos
- Support ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps
- Participate in customer meetings, leading when necessary
- Identify product and technology gaps with prospects and communicate software needs internally
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
- Meet with Account Executives 1-on-1 weekly to train, coach, and mentor
- Report on sales activity and manage regular booking forecasts
- 3+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
- Solid understanding of Enterprise and SMB SaaS applications
- Experience selling into field services is a huge plus
- Consistent track record of selling software while achieving personal and team goals
- Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
- Bachelor's degree required
