**What You’ll Do**

As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our technical solutions and our customers’ needs. You will:

  • Develop and grow strategic customer relationships in the aluminum industry.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations and provide ongoing support and consultation.
  • Identify, quote, and close opportunities to expand Pyrotek’s market share.
  • Negotiate pricing and supply agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 50%.

Qualifications

**What You Bring**

  • **Education & Experience**:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or process related industry.

  • **Skills & Abilities**:
  • Proven success in B2B technical sales or industrial solution selling.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with company profitability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Adept at CRM systems, Microsoft Office, ERP software, and data tools like Power BI.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented.
  • Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a valid U.S. passport and maintain a clean driving record.
