Position Summary:

The Hotel Sales Coordinator supports the sales and events team in booking and coordinating hotel meeting and event spaces. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless planning and execution of meetings and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service oriented, and effective at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and pleasantly to telephone and email inquiries.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions regarding hotel facilities, services, rates, packages, and availability.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth internal communication and alignment.
• Prepare client proposals, generate reports, and manage event-related documentation and billing.
• Liaise with hotel departments and external vendors to coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel services and offerings.
