Job Overview

Seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and growing our Retail business relationships. This multi-brand Sales position is responsible for supporting the Retail Key Account Manager with daily tactical and operational execution related to our largest Retail customers. This individual will also work closely with a number of Unrivaled Teamwear cross-functional departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized and passionate about achieving business plans, executing core competencies, developing direct working relationships with internal team members and key customer contacts to drive positive outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Support Key Account Manager in their efforts to enhance customer relationships and drive additional sales
  • Represent Sales as the key contact both internally and externally for our fastest growing Retail customers
  • Responsible for managing and working with customer service team on all daily and seasonal order entry, with a focus on creation, organization and distribution of product set up forms & web images
  • Provide regular updates to customers on account status/shipping, order updates, new product opportunities and other relevant information
  • Proactively identify customer opportunities and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Closely partner/collaborate cross functionally with multiple internal teams, including all levels of management to help complete daily tasks
  • Participate in preparation and implementation of seasonal product reviews by attending internal sales meetings and external customer product presentations
  • Identify process improvements to help manage the business more efficiently
  • Review point of sale reporting, audit customer websites and store locations to help Key Account Manager identify opportunities, issues, additional customer needs and provide potential action steps
  • Manage and update customer account information ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree ( BA , BS ) is preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of sales support, sales analytics, customer service or related experience
  • Understanding of sales terminology, retail math and reporting metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Shared Drives/Files, Adobe
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
