As our Saladworks & Frutta Bowls restaurant in Spring Hill has expanded catering throughout Williamson County, we are seeking an experienced catering coordinator
Job Summary
The Catering Coordinator sell catering, helps to prep catering, and then delivers catering. You will visit businesses, churches, schools, and any other place that might be a catering client, take samples, give out menus, and ask for their business. You'll then nurture those relationships, ask for their business, and when they place an order, you'll ensure the order is accurate and delivered on time.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and catering.

- Plan and coordinate catering events from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing recommendations as necessary.
- Collaborate with the team on timely food preparation and presentation.
- Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for events.
- Oversee setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all details are executed according to client specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service during events, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Sales experience is a must.
- Familiarity with restaurant management principles and kitchen operations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
