Responsibilities: This person will maintain and monitor the Safety, Environmental and Regulatory (SER) Program for a group of MFA facilities in the Lexington/Odessa, MO region. The employee will also be expected to assist SER Field Specialists and the Safety Coordinator with the implementation, monitoring, and record-keeping of the MFA Anhydrous Ammonia Preventative Maintenance Tracking System. The SER Technician will also train and maintain documentation of training for the personnel within a group of MFA facilities and field staff. All duties must be completed in accordance with company policy.
What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do
- Provide New Hire safety training
- Provide on-going safety training for all existing employees
- Record all training documentation and training log information in the Dekra on-line system
- Ensure that all employees within their area receive the required training in a timely manner
- Assist SER Field Staff in pre-inspections of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment.
- Assist DOT Inspectors with VPT documentation when testing is completed.
- Complete annual final inspection of all Anhydrous Ammonia Equipment within a group of MFA facilities.
- Conduct facility walk-through housekeeping inspections.

- Three years industry experience in agricultural business preferred. May be substituted with a BS degree.
- Public speaking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations
- You desire to thrive in agriculture and seek a key role in the industry.

- You have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.
