Responsibilities
You will…
- Plan and organize monthly territory assignments to support operational efficiency
- Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly service routes for optimal technician scheduling
- Accurately enter pest control agreements into company systems
- Schedule termite service appointments and coordinate initial services for new customers
- Process customer payments and prepare accurate bank deposits
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timely resolution
- Process and track invoices to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping
- Other duties as assigned
- Pay of USD $20.00 to $25.00 hourly

Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or scheduling preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

- Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
