Responsibilities

You will…

• Plan and organize monthly territory assignments to support operational efficiency
• Coordinate and maintain daily and weekly service routes for optimal technician scheduling
• Accurately enter pest control agreements into company systems
• Schedule termite service appointments and coordinate initial services for new customers
• Process customer payments and prepare accurate bank deposits
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timely resolution
• Process and track invoices to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What do you need to be successful?

• Previous experience in Customer Service and/or scheduling preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
