As Room Attendant, you're responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms in an efficient and timely manner ensuring maximum guest satisfaction to the standards of MotorCity Casino Hotel.
Additionally, You'll
- Clean and service 13 to 16 guest rooms per day.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
- Maintain cart in a neat orderly manner at all times.
- Complete related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
