- Communicate with crews, clients, and leadership to ensure smooth execution
- Review plans and specifications for accuracy and clarity
- Help develop timelines, monitor progress, and make adjustments when needed
- Regularly visit job sites to observe progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Keep everything organized with accurate documentation and reports
- Use project management software to streamline communication and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in roofing or construction (a strong plus!)
- A go-getter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communicator with a knack for problem-solving
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools
- Able to work independently and thrive in a team setting
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
