The Nurse, with relevant experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently, providing routine and complex patient care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

  • Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs according to ANA standards.
  • Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families, administers medications using protocols, monitors treatment effects, and documents care details.
  • Educates patients and families, identifies learning needs, and utilizes appropriate resources.
  • Meets competency expectations in leadership, clinical practice, and organizational standards.
  • Requires a BSN (preferred), 1+ year of nursing experience (critical care preferred), RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
  • New nurses attend orientation and complete competency validations.
  • Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
