As a RevOps Analyst, you will play a critical role in aligning our revenue-generating teams—Sales, Marketing, and Account Management—to improve processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and drive revenue growth. What You’ll Do

• Data & Analytics: Build and maintain revenue-related reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• CRM & Tech Stack Management: Optimize and maintain CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Quoting, other RevOps tools to improve efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in revenue processes and implement solutions to enhance workflows.
• Performance Insights: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Strategic Planning: Support go-to-market initiatives and revenue growth strategies by providing data-driven recommendations.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and revenue analytics tools.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in the legal tech or SaaS industry is a plus but not required.
