Executing quantitative analysis of non-standardized internal or external data to support the organizations global strategies. The primary responsibilities include assisting in producing analytical views from quantitative metrics related to business plans, actual or forecast enterprise performance, industry, competition, market, and customer segments.
Essential Functions
Masters degree in business, mathematics, economics, computer science or other quantitative fields such as engineering/operations research.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong human relations, communication, and analytical skills required.
Knowledge of programming languages (like SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.net, Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire).
Preferred Qualifications: Skilled in conducting in-depth financial analyses, strategic evaluations and competitive market research to develop profit and loss statements, while formulating data-driven pricing recommendations that align with organizational objectives. Determine go-to-market pricing tactics and exceptional communication skills in effectively advocating for strategic pricing initiatives with the ability to position strategic pricing recommendations and tactics to Sales and management.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: Collierville - $5662.27-$7,502.51 monthly; Lakeland $5662.27-$7,502.51 monthly, Plano - $5,960.29 - $7,897.38 monthly; Harrison-$5,364.26 -$7,107.64 monthly; Pittsburgh- $5,960.29 - $7,897.38 monthly.
Additional Details: Desired location for this hybrid position is Collierville-TN, Plano-TX, Harrison-AR, Lakeland-FL & Pittsburgh-PA. Candidates must live w/in 50 miles & required to work onsite several times a week. Relocation available. Deadline: 04/07/25, 5 pm CST

Essential Functions
- Develops statistical reports, attends business meetings, and uses computer-aided decision support tools, programming languages, relational databases, and visualization tools to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
- Assists in producing analytical views in support of business decisions from quantitative metrics related to business plans, actual or forecast enterprise performance by revenue or volume or other dimensions, industry, competition, market and customer segments.
- Develops statistical reports to share significant metrics with the enterprise per requirements from manager or senior level peers within the team.
- Attends business meetings within and outside the team along with the manager or senior team members to understand various business functions related to the enterprise.
- Develops excellence in computer aided decision support, (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python, C, VB.net, Java, JavaScript or R), relational databases (e.g. Teradata, Oracle) or visualizations tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire) to accelerate data analysis and reporting.
- Provides updates up to mid-management (typically within the department).
- Perform other duties as assigned
