Job Summary
Rag & Bone is hiring a Retoucher to work closely with the in house creative production team to retouch imagery for a range of projects for the in house creative production team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Annual Salary Pay Range

Job Summary
Rag & Bone is hiring a Retoucher to work closely with the in house creative production team to retouch imagery for a range of projects for the in house creative production team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with in house Art Directors to establish and maintain retouching standards for all rag & bone imagery
- Retouch both still-life and on-figure images for projects including, but not limited to: ecommerce photography, look books, style outs, social media projects, and campaigns
- Maintain high standards of quality, while meeting daily output goals and deadlines
- Manage precise post-production consistency; from file-naming to server organization, file distribution, etc
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects occurring simultaneously
- Create an annual cadence calendar to share with wholesale, design, and ecommerce teams in order for them to schedule any ad-hoc retouching needs
- Archive all work to create and maintain a digital asset library
- Make changes as needed to live images that do not meet image standards
- Continue to hone retouching skills and stay informed of new techniques and technologies
- Minimum three-year experience working in-house for a fashion brand and / or creative agency with high-volume image retouching needs
- Self-starter with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage one’s own work-flow
- Exceptionally detail-oriented individual with strength in time-management and verbal and written communication
- Ability to respond to technical and creative feedback positively and constructively
- Competent in Adobe Creative Suite, CaptureOne, etc
