What youll be doing
- Coach. Energize and grow team of 16+ Sales Associates, Merchandisers and Price Change Associates
- MOD. Drive results storewide through engaging with customers and associates while opening/closing the store
- Active. Moving and shaking on the floor 70% of the time to support customers/team and ensure quality
- Resolve. Escalated customer issues via win/win approach
- Merchandise. No planograms here; creatively build quality displays with your team
- Experience. 2+ years of high-traffic retail management experience
- Maximize. Innovate and ensure departments optimally merchandised/organized
- Dynamic. Keep ahead of ever-changing product influx/selection and high customer traffic
- Service. Role model and leader of exceptional customer experience
- Detail. Leverage data, e.g., sales reporting, shrink research, retail schedules
- Thriving.Store sales at $32M annual pace
