Job Description
Plucked Chicken & Beer is a brand new QSR Fast Casual Restaurant brought to you by the Sauced BBQ group. Plucked focuses on high quality and unique fried chicken sandwiches, plates, and salads with freshly prepared sides and a pour your own beer system. We are very excited to bring this new concept and we are looking for a similary excited individual who can really take ownership of the restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated manager who can build antd continually develop a successful, fast paced, and fun team focused on great genuine guest experiences. The general manager will drive our core intiatives of great food, quick execution, and a positive culture which translates through the staff down to the guests.

Responsibilities Include The Following
- Responsible for all areas of the restaurant including the overall P&L success.
- Initial and continual training of staff members to Plucked Standards,
- Opening and closing restaurant shifts throughout the year including holidays as necessary.
- Managing team members for your scheduled shifts including documenting employee issues, disciplining employees, shift highlights, cash balancing, identifying problems.
- Creating timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant
- Implementing and maintaining proper food/beverage handling processes in relationship to the health and safety of employees and customers. Follow all systems and checklists in place to ensure proper food safety and quality.
- Developing yourself and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation.
