What We’re Looking For
- A Restaurant District Manager that has a solid understanding of restaurant operations, including knowledge of food safety, inventory management, staffing, customer service, and financial management. This knowledge will enable you to assess the performance of each location and implement improvements where needed.
- Strong leadership qualities to effectively guide and motivate restaurant managers and staff members. You should be able to set goals, provide direction, and inspire your team to achieve excellence.
- A problem-solving mindset able to troubleshoot operational issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to drive performance and improve overall results.
- A genuine passion for the brand and its values
- Starting salary of $70,000.00 – $80,000 per year.
- Quarterly Bonus up to $2,000
- Providing employees with a piece of the pie through profit sharing.

As a Restaurant District Manager, you will have a range of responsibilities and tasks to oversee the operations and success of multiple locations. Here's what you can expect:
- Consistently and effectively communicate the company’s objectives to all store management teams through organized and scheduled conference calls, meetings and/or electronic communications.
- Hire, train and develop General Managers and Restaurant Managers and proactively build bench strength for future management needs.
- Develop and executes people plan for the assigned area which reflects high standards through bench and succession planning, consistent mentoring, feedback and people development.
