  • You pay close attention to detail and possess sharp decision-making skills, solving problems quickly and effectively.
  • Adaptability is your strength—you thrive in dynamic environments and handle diverse customer needs with positivity and professionalism.
  • A quick learner who embraces challenges, you excel in fast-paced settings while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Non-voice - the primary focus will be emails and chats (social media). Product and package queries.
  • Presale and Post-sale queries.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to customers.
  • Escalate out-of-scope tickets
  • Update customers' accounts based on interactions
  • Adhoc tasks

  • First-level customer service for a US-based client, a fast-paced campaign in affiliate marketing.
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, payments, and refunds among others.
  • Must be able to adapt to a very fast-paced environment. Superb comprehension skills and the ability to think on their feet.

  • Proficiency with platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, Google Suite, Zendesk, and E-commerce are a major advantage.
  • A reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection to manage customer inquiries smoothly.
