Phoenix of Fairlawn is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to our residents in a warm, supportive, and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Manage ventilator-dependent residents, including equipment setup and monitoring
- Perform respiratory assessments and pulmonary function tests
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning
- Educate patients and staff on respiratory therapies and equipment
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Ohio (RRT or CRT)
- Long-term care and/or vent unit experience preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient-centered
