Residential Electrician – Mister Sparky of Baytown

Please Note: This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have a minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on residential electrical experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform residential electrical service calls: troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and up to code
• Use ServiceTitan CRM (training provided) to view schedules, update jobs, and submit reports
• Occasionally assist with materials, vendor communication, and basic office coordination
• Keep your company van clean, stocked, and in excellent condition

• Represent the Mister Sparky brand with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with a small but growing team to deliver top-tier service
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–2+ years of residential electrical experience required

• Journeyman license preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM or job-tracking apps (ServiceTitan is a plus)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Must wear the provided company uniform with pride
• Clean driving record and responsibility for maintaining vehicle condition

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$28/hour, depending on experience and licensing
• Company van + phone provided
• Paid Time Off / Paid Holidays
• Overtime pay will be provided only in cases of urgent customer needs (occasional and not routine)
• No weekend or after-hours work unless required in emergency situations
