Respond to a wide variety of residence requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

About The Role
Respond to a wide variety of residence requests by accurately assessing their needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves complaints; assists residences in all inquiries in connection with residential and hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, etc. Responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assure information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Knows what activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residences
- Greets residences and their guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using names whenever possible. Personally escorts guests if other staff are not available.
- High School Diploma; College Education beneficial
- Experience in guest service preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
