Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate and supervise staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
- Facilitate engaging activities and programs to enhance residents’ quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare or residential setting.
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or related fields required.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
