About the Role:

If you have experience as a Resident Manager and you are wanting to also live in a brand new, beautiful, high-end home in Redmond, WA where you don't need a car and you will make an amazing impact helping establish a brand new Adult Family Home, then this is the once in a lifetime opportunity for you. Agape In Home Care has been operating since 2018 throughout Washington and now for the first time we are opening the first of three Adult Family Homes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents and could be a part of establishing our next two homes giving you career opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the residential facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate and supervise staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, addressing concerns and providing support as needed.
• Facilitate engaging activities and programs to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong understanding of caregiving principles and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment.
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management or related fields required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
