RESIDENT FIELD TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Resident Field Technician, you will live in your assigned region and work on heavy trenching and construction equipment at customer locations. It will be your job to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime. We will count on you when a tough job needs to get done. Every day, picture yourself traveling the area in a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle, performing top-notch work on equipment, interacting with customers, and knowing that they can count on you to get the job done right!

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
• Regular overnight travel will be required.
• Must reside in the Pasco, WA area.
  
  

Compensation: $31-46/hr (Depending on Experience)
