Major/Essential Duties of Job:
B.S. degree in Rangeland Management, Natural Resource Management or closely related field; GPA of =3.0
Six years of experience related to grazing, natural resource, or rangeland management data analysis and/or communication
Preferred Education And Experience
M.S. degree in Rangeland Management, Natural Resource Management or closely related field; GPA of =3.0
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with producers on a regular basis
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong work ethic and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision and be capable of planning an effective work day
Ability to analyze data and write reports
Detail oriented
Ability to learn new skills and techniques.
Strong organizational skills while being flexible in daily routine.
Ability to multi task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Experience or working knowledge of grazing management strategies
Experience working directly with producers
Technical writing skills

Job Description
Major/Essential Duties of Job:
- Collect monthly grazing management data from various software platforms or personalized spreadsheets
- Review grazing management records for incomplete or inaccurate data and communicate with landowners to rectify inconsistencies
- Input grazing management data into large project level databases and calculate grazing management metrics that will be used in data analysis
- Frequent communication both via phone and email with landowners to effectively manage data quality
- Manage the development and maintenance of large project level databases
- Summarize data and create individual reports for landowners
- Other duties as required
