The Role
As the Research and Data Analytics Specialist your primary role will be to work with the Director of Strategy and Impact to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of systems to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of PW’s work with partners across the globe. This position is a great opportunity for a motivated person to learn and grow on the job, with dedicated support planned for this position from seasoned research and data analytics staff, consultants and volunteers.

The Work
- Assist in developing and implementing evaluation frameworks and tools.
- Collect, manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess outcomes.
- Prepare written and data visualization reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with PW teams to identify key questions and integrate findings into decision-making processes.
- Equip staff and partners to implement and utilize impact assessment tools through training and technical support.
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, business, marketing, economics, statistics, data analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal motivation and ability to manage projects.
- Proficiency in data management, analysis and/or visualization software (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive data with integrity.
- Eagerness to learn new concepts, research methods and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-cultural experience and awareness of global issues.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with diverse teams in complex environments.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Partners Worldwide.
- Two+ years' experience related to impact assessment.
- Experience in business and/or international development.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Mature Christian faith that is lived out in your life, work, and interactions.
- Interest in learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
- Curiosity to learn new skills, solve new problems and seek expertise from others.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Organized with the ability to plan ahead to reach goals.

- This is a full-time position, with essential hours of availability for global coordination from 8am to noon EST.
- This position requires the ability to travel within the USA and internationally for a maximum of 10% (equivalent to 4 weeks annually).
