  • Track and report on renewal performance metrics to identify trends and continuously improve outcomes

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Previous experience in customer success or SaaS renewals, ideally within a growing organization (experience with acquisitions is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and navigate gray areas in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
  • Proven success quickly learning new systems and processes and adapting to change
  • Familiarity with contracts, terms, and basic legal language is ideal
  • Sincere interest in joining a new team and function within our organization that is actively being built and shaped
  • A knack for working collaboratively across teams within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
