Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management assistance by aiding with campaign briefs and collaborating with various internal teams.
  • Contribute to the organization and tracking of marketing and communications project milestones.
  • Create compelling copy and visuals for social media platforms, fostering engagement with our audience.
  • Monitor social media interactions, addressing comments and messages promptly.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on social media performance metrics.
  • Draft and refine content for emails, press releases, newsletters, and other related materials.
  • Support media relations by developing and maintaining regional and national media lists.
  • Assist in the distribution of press releases through email and wire services.
  • Update web page copy and visuals as needed to maintain our online presence.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut).
  • Familiarity with media relations tools such as Cision and PR Newswire is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of web content management systems like Drupal is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience or multiple internships in Marketing or Communications.
  • Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
