About The Role

As a Telechat Representative operating remotely within our Administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and professional support for our clients. This flexible, hourly, full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while leveraging your excellent English communication skills to engage efficiently and respectfully through telecommunication platforms.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate and manage incoming and outgoing telecommunication sessions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide administrative support and documentation throughout telechat discussions.
• Resolve inquiries or direct individuals to appropriate departments based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all telecommunication interactions for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.
• Utilize technology and telecommunication tools to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in administrative, customer support, or telecommunication roles is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and communication sessions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with telecommunication tools, including video conferencing and chat platforms.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

21.98 - 32.91 USD per hour(Remote (Little Rock, Arkansas, US))
