About The Role
As a Telechat Representative operating remotely within our Administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and professional support for our clients. This flexible, hourly, full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while leveraging your excellent English communication skills to engage efficiently and respectfully through telecommunication platforms.

About The Role
As a Telechat Representative operating remotely within our Administrative department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and professional support for our clients. What You'll Do
- Facilitate and manage incoming and outgoing telecommunication sessions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support and documentation throughout telechat discussions.
- Resolve inquiries or direct individuals to appropriate departments based on their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all telecommunication interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.
- Utilize technology and telecommunication tools to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in administrative, customer support, or telecommunication roles is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and communication sessions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with telecommunication tools, including video conferencing and chat platforms.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to professional telecommunication.
