Key Responsibilities
- Conduct demand forecasting by analyzing sales data and trends, leveraging advanced software tools to enhance accuracy.
- Optimize inventory levels through collaboration with cross-functional teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Engage in supply planning by coordinating closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness.
- Utilize data analysis to transform raw information into actionable insights, facilitating informed strategic decisions.
- Foster collaboration between sales, product design, and distribution departments to maintain alignment towards shared objectives.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales planning, production, finance, or analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and produce detailed reports.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various departments.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Experience in forecasting and demand planning is highly desirable.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we prioritize relevant skills and experience above formal education.
