Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive software testing to ensure reliability and usability of digital solutions.
- Analyze test data and provide constructive feedback to developers.
- Validate software functionality across multiple browsers, ensuring alignment with user expectations.
- Communicate testing results to relevant stakeholders and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct test cases, including both manual and automated tests, tailored to user specifications.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Execute exploratory and usability testing to identify and resolve software bugs.
- Develop and enhance software testing methodologies, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail in software quality testing.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript or C#.
- Proficient in crafting detailed test documentation.
- Solid understanding of logical reasoning techniques.
- Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience in web software testing, or an Associate's degree with over 15 years of experience.
- Active Secret Clearance (mandatory).
- U.S. Citizenship (required).
