Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management by maintaining precise inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Facilitate order fulfillment with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries to clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and promptly resolving any issues.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including tasks related to receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately into inventory systems and monitor key performance indicators.
• Meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying heavy items, standing for extended periods, and executing repetitive tasks.
