Job Overview

We are in search of a highly skilled Senior Demand and Supply Planner ready to leverage their expertise in a challenging and rewarding remote position. This role is pivotal in orchestrating our supply chain operations, ensuring a harmonious balance between demand and supply for optimal efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Forecasting Expert: Create and enhance demand forecasts by analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer insights.
• Supply Chain Collaborator: Work alongside suppliers to refine supply plans, reduce risks, and guarantee timely material deliveries.
• Inventory Management Specialist: Evaluate inventory levels, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and deploy strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing expenses.
• Data-Driven Strategist: Utilize data analytics to uncover trends, make well-informed decisions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate effectively with teams across sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and operations to align supply chain initiatives with business goals.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with solid skills in PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
