Key Responsibilities

  • Master the innovative scheduling system through an engaging training program, ensuring efficient utilization of our electronic health record (EHR) scheduling tool.
  • Collaborate with implementation and practice operations teams to effectively transition clinician schedules from the existing EHR system to the new platform.
  • Construct and maintain clinician schedule templates, aligning them with availability and practice expectations to optimize care delivery.
  • Partner with the Behavioral Health Clinician Liaison team to ensure operational requirements are met while supporting effective patient care.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience, preferably in a fast-paced, virtual healthcare setting.
  • A strong ability to learn new systems quickly and work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple schedules for 70-100 clinicians.
