Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Manage and diligently follow up on incoming sales leads, coordinating customer consultations.
- Maintain an updated customer database with precise information.
- Track sales leads, providing regular performance updates and pipeline reports.
- Organize calendars and schedule appointments as necessary.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and print marketing initiatives.
- Oversee social media accounts, monitoring engagement metrics.
- Update and maintain website content and internal systems.
- Support email marketing endeavors through template creation or editing and coordinating distributions.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and events for the sales and marketing teams.
- Address incoming inquiries (via email, phone, etc.), directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the inventory of marketing materials and promotional products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on nurturing positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics) is advantageous.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales, or marketing roles.
