Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to Claims Advocates, facilitating the delivery of outstanding client services.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients utilizing Salesforce, Salesforce Communities, and Microsoft Suite tools.
  • Conduct thorough quality control on incoming documents to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and track account timelines for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting, collaborating closely with Claims Advocates.
  • Organize and retrieve loss data from carriers and brokers as required.
  • Document account updates and claim status reports in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with carriers to ensure timely claim status reports and upcoming reviews.
  • Prepare Claims Management Summaries and other reports upon request by Claims Advocates.
  • Support customers with their SaaS portal needs to ensure seamless navigation and access.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on marketing initiatives, including newsletters and social media outreach.
  • Engage in customer outreach initiatives to foster ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Contribute to operational and service team projects as necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to summarize data effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a commitment to making a positive impact on employers and communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 7 years in Customer Success and/or Account Management, preferably within the insurance or technology sectors.
  • ARM or PMP designation is advantageous.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical business practices.
