We are seeking a committed Project/Program Manager to join our Customer Experience team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful member interactions while ensuring compliance across all communications and translations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee member-facing materials to guarantee adherence to state and organizational guidelines for printed, digital, and web communications.
- Assist governance initiatives by categorizing incoming communications and aiding in the development of a centralized content repository.
- Collaborate with external translation vendors to address translation requirements.
- Work closely with brand, marketing, and other departments to maintain consistency in brand identity and voice.
- Identify and rectify process gaps in Medicare communications that may lead to confusion among members.
- Strong project and/or program management capabilities.
- Exceptional organization and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Medicare or health insurance (preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years in project or program management or a related field.
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
