Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will contribute to both client success and our firm’s growth by:

  • Collaborating with clients to provide expert advice in general HR, compliance, and recruitment.
  • Assessing each client's specific HR requirements and formulating tailored strategies to address them effectively.
  • Assisting in the development of policies, managing employee relations, conducting compliance audits, and drafting job descriptions.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates across various industries and sectors.
  • Engaging in comprehensive recruiting efforts, from identifying and vetting candidates to presenting them to clients.
  • Utilizing social networking and innovative talent scouting techniques to discover passive candidates.
  • Overseeing the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques, particularly behavioral-based assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, focused on client service and professionalism.
  • A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience in sourcing passive talent creatively.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in high-volume recruitment.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in direct sourcing or recruitment agency work is preferred.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaborative tools.
