We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Agent to join our Administrative team. This position is flexible, offering the choice of working remotely or from our office location. As an Hourly, Full-Time Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service by efficiently handling client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. What You'll Do
28 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Raleigh, North Carolina, US))

What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries.
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate department when necessary for resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents efficiently.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.
- Follow up with customers on complaints or unresolved issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve customer service processes.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or related administrative role is preferred.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs.
- Comfortable using computer systems, call center software, and digital tools to manage workflows.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule requirements, which may include weekends or holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
