Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing specialists, focusing on content marketing, digital strategies, and graphic design.
- Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospective families.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing initiatives that facilitate a seamless transition through the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
- Optimize marketing automation workflows utilizing platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce for enhanced engagement.
- Oversee website functionality and implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and user experience.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and project oversight.
- A deep understanding of the needs of families, students, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- An active driver’s license is required, alongside familiarity with the private education sector and autism spectrum.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
