Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized HR consulting on areas including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and organizational development.
- Conduct thorough HR assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with client teams to formulate HR policies and procedures that synchronize with business objectives and promote a constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Advise clients on handling employee relations matters, encompassing conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
