Remote High-Volume Recruiter

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $800 - $1200 per month

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing large-scale recruitment efforts across multiple platforms, including Airtable, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn. You should have experience working in a startup environment, be comfortable handling multiple job openings simultaneously, and be efficient in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Manage and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, and Airtable.
    • Source qualified candidates for various roles, particularly within startups, and screen applicants for alignment with job requirements.
    • Post job openings, manage candidate pipelines, and track progress across all recruitment platforms.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviews:
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Job Posting Management:
    • Create, post, and maintain job ads across multiple channels.
    • Continuously optimize job descriptions and postings to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.
    • Maintain updated recruitment data and reports in Airtable.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, particularly for startups or fast-growing companies.
    • Experience using Airtable, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn for sourcing and managing candidates.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of job openings and candidates efficiently.
