Key Responsibilities
As our Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Managing the CEO’s daily, weekly, and quarterly schedules to ensure preparedness for all commitments.
- Aligning daily activities and projects with organizational goals while understanding departmental intersections.
- Capturing, prioritizing, and executing actionable plans based on the CEO's ideas to maintain operational standards.
- Overseeing email, calendar, and travel management for the CEO, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Planning logistics for in-person events, including team retreats, client meetings, and industry conferences.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a rapidly growing business.
- Proven experience working directly with executives or entrepreneurs.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of process creation and implementation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication proficiency.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A college degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare.
- Familiarity or experience in the marketing and healthcare sectors.
- A background in marketing or business degree is preferred.
- Certifications in project management or related fields are advantageous.
- Experience in direct marketing within the healthcare industry is desirable.
