Remote Coaching & Personal Development Consultant

Location: Remote | USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand Only

Job Type: Independent Contractor | Flexible Schedule (Full-time or Part-time)

Are you a coach, facilitator, or learning and development professional ready for a more rewarding and flexible way to work? If you’re ready for a change and seeking to apply your skills outside of the office-based workplace—in a role that offers purpose, independence, and personal growth—this opportunity may be a great fit.

About The Role

We are a well-established provider of personal and professional development programs and live events. We’re seeking motivated, self-directed professionals to join us in a flexible, remote capacity. This contract role is suited to experienced individuals who are confident in engaging others, enjoy working autonomously, and are passionate about empowering people through personal growth.

This is not a salaried position. Instead, it offers a performance-based earning model, suitable for independent professionals ready to take control of their time and outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Represent and market personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.
  • Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development.
  • Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge.
  • Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week).
  • Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
  • Alignment with values of personal development, leadership, and lifelong learning.
  • Based in Australia, USA, Canada or NZ.

Why This Might Be Right for You

  • You’re a business professional seeking a change from traditional organisational roles.
  • You want to earn based on your performance and outcomes, not fixed hours.
  • You’re ready to take ownership of your time, work from anywhere, and enjoy a flexible schedule.
  • You’re motivated by meaningful work and continuous personal growth.

Additional Details

  • This is a contract role and not suitable for visa seekers or full-time students.
  • No specific experience in this industry? All good, you’ll receive access to professional-level training.
